Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition to Launch Outside of China

People awaiting most for Xiaomi’s Mi 8 Explorer Edition smartphone which allows people to see the internals of the phone. Thanks to the transparent glass on the back. Xiaomi has unveiled this device in China in the previous year. Now, it seems the company has plans to make this device available in other countries this year. Although, there is no exact date, but right now, at least we have juicy information.

Earlier in September, a new Xiaomi device was listed on the Singapore certification website which also shows the model number (M1807E8A) and it matches with the Chinese variant of Mi 8 EE. Take a look on the image below.

As you can see in the image, the Xiaomi has plans to launch the same device in outside of China with the name tag of Mi 8 Pro and the supplier will be Xiaomi Singapore PTE. LTD. Now, if we take this listing as a hint, the company has plans to make this device available globally.

Further, today, XDA Developers has spotted the codename and marketing name of new Xiaomi device. It is allegedly Xiaomi Mi 8 EE. The codename found is “ursa_global”. While the spotted marketing name is “小米手机8透明探索版 国际版”. Translating it in English it becomes “Mi 8 Explorer Global”. This leads us to think about the global variant of Mi 8 Explorer Edition.

Making everything clear, there is no news on the web which gives an idea about the specifications of the global variant nor there are any price information and country details. But for sure, it would come on the web in a short time. So, don’t forget to follow us on our social platforms.
