Xiaomi’s upcoming gaming flagship is under construction which we won’t see until mid-2019. But the leaks already started popping over the internet which leads us to the key specifications. The specifications leaked are pretty much what you’d expect from the one gaming device.
Xiaomi Blackshark SkyWalker (2) will be powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM. This variant of Blackshark could be the base variant as Xiaomi introduced BlackShark Helo with the 10GB of RAM. The device runs on Android Pie. The geekbench listing shows the msmnile motherboard which is the code name of the Snapdragon 855 chipset.
Talking about the Geekbench score, BlackShark SkyWallker scores 3494 in single core score and 11149 in multi-core score.
Xiaomi launched the BlackShark Helo last year powered by Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with massive 10GB of RAM. We are expecting the BlackShark 2 to gear up 12GB of RAM at least. The upcoming device could sport the Qualcomm’s X50 modem to have 5G connectivity. The upcoming BlackShark event could also bring some cool new accessories with the device to improve the gaming experience.
