India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Meity) asked Google and Apple to remove the popular application TikTok from Play Store and App store. The ban is requested just after Supreme Court refused to stay the Madras High Court order asking the Centre to ban the viral app.
Google and Apple responded to the request and removed the application from the playstore and Appstore for Indian users. So the new users won’t be able to download the application from Playstore or Appstore, But old users can still use the app without any issue.
You can still download the application from the trusted source and sideload the application on your Android devices. Which may not be as secure as downloading from Playstore.
You can download the latest version of TikTok application from the trusted source. APKPure website uploads updated application when it’s available so make sure to check for an update when you can.
