Final Verdict
Certainly, Qualcomm’s chipsets are more popular amongst tech-savvy people, MediaTek is slowly catching up for the same. While there are many advantages of using Snapdragon 695, on paper Dimensity 900 has got the lead.
If you’re considering buying a mid-range device then MediaTek Dimensity will outperform the Snapdragon 695. You can either pick Dimensity 900 for better raw performance or select the Snapdragon 695 if you want to have better developer support.
There isn’t a huge gap when we consider the CPU score but GPU is where Dimensity 900 takes a lead. Also, Dimensity 900 supports UFS 3.1 storage which can make the device faster if a smartphone OEM decides to use that.
Dimensity 900 has many advantages such as better memory technology, 4k capture & playback, higher download speed, and whatnot. I would say if you want overall balanced performance and not only raw results then Diemensity 900 is a way to go.
