The display refresh rate is similar to S10 – 60hz. There is no 90hz display so don’t get your hopes high. Maybe we will see a higher refresh rate display with Samsung Galaxy S11.

Galaxy Note 10 will pack Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ for some region and Exynos 9825 processor for the European and Asian market. The device packs 8GB RAM paired with the 256GB Internal storage.

Talking of Optics, Samsung to implement the industry’s first triple aperture lens that supports F/1.5 to F/1.8 to F/2.4 openings. The primary 12MP sensor is paired with the 16MP Ultra-Wide sensor and 12MP Telephoto lens that supports 2x optical zoom.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 to pack smaller 3600mAh battery that will ship with the 25W fast charger. It supports 15W power share and 45W fast charging. It will be the first Samsung device to ship with the UFS 3.0 storage (since Galaxy Fold never shipped). Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus features a bigger 6.8-inch Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display with the 60hz refresh rate. The notch is located at the center of the display. The device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor in U.S and China region and for the rest of the world, Exynos 9825 will power the device.

The base variant of the device will have 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The base variant has more storage because the MicroSD card slot won’t be there this time. Samsung is also getting rid of the headphone jack with Galaxy Note 10 series.

In terms of Camera, All three sensor from Note 10 will retain to the Plus variant with an extra ToF sensor that will be used to take better depth (portrait) images.

The bigger sibling will have a massive 4300mAh battery with support of the 45W fast charge. Although, Samsung will provide 25W fast charger in the box.
