Samsung announced the launch date of Samsung Galaxy M40 and revealed key specifications of the device on the Amazon listing page. It revealed that Galaxy M40 will have punch hole display, Triple rear camera and Snapdragon 600 series processor.
The new leak comes from 91Mobile reveals the camera details of Samsung Galaxy M40. The leaked specifications of Galaxy M40 suggests that It will be very similar to the earlier launched Galaxy A60.
Senior Vice President of Samsung, Asim Varsi said to 91Mobiles that Samsung Galaxy M40 will have 32MP Primary camera at the back and for selfies and video calling company will use 16MP front-facing camera. He also added that Galaxy M40 will be priced around Rs. 20,000 in India.
Samsung Galaxy M40 to flaunt 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display that comes with screen sound technology. That means the upper part of the display will also work as the earpiece. Samsung Galaxy M40 design is identical to the Galaxy A60. Samsung Galaxy M40 also lacks the 3.5mm headphone jack.
As of the Internals, Samsung Galaxy M40 is expected to pack Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset which is further paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage. The device is rumored to pack 5000mAh massive battery with support of 25W fast charging. Samsung Galaxy M40 to run on OneUI based on Android Pie out the box.
Samsung Galaxy M40 will be available in Black, Blue, and Orange color options and will be priced around Rs. 20,000 in India.
