Reliance Jio is working on the successor of JioPhone 3 after the huge success of JioPhone and JioPhone 2. With the upcoming generation, the company is gearing for the smartphone instead of just a feature phone.
A Reliance Jio executive told BeetelBite that the JioPhone 3 will launch in June 2019 at the price tag of Rs. 4,500. To recall, The Reliance JioPhone was priced at Rs. 1,500 and JioPhone 2 was priced at Rs. 2,999. The company will give yet another price bump to the upcoming JioPhone.
BeetelBite also reported that JioPhone 3 will have a 5-inch touch screen display. The device will come in one variant which is likely to have 2GB RAM coupled with 64GB internal storage. Furthermore, The storage can be expanded via MicroSD card.
Talking of the Optics, JioPhone 3 will have a 5MP camera at the back and for the selfies and video calling it will have a 2MP front shooter.
Reliance JioPhone 3 will launch in June 2019 and company will start filling up stock in July 2019. Those who are interested can preorder after launch and customer will get the device probably in August 2019. The JioPhone 3 will be available to purchase via Jio stores, Reliance Digital stores, and Jio’s official website.
