Xiaomi’s subsidiary brand Redmi is all set to launch its upcoming flagship dubbed Redmi K20 Series at the event in China tomorrow. The company will launch two new devices at tomorrow at a different price point. Both the devices have been leaked several times and we know almost everything about both the devices.
Redmi will introduce two new devices – Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. Both the devices will have identical specifications except for the Chipset.
Redmi K20 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset that announced just last month. While its big brother Redmi K20 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. Redmi K20 was appeared on Geekbench running Snapdragon 730 paired with 6GB RAM and Android Pie.
Redmi K20/ Pro to features 6.39-inch FullHD+ AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and true bezel-less display. The selfie camera is moved to a Pop-up mechanism to achieve notch-less display.
Talking of Optics, Redmi K20 Pro houses Triple Rear Camera array – 48MP Sony IMX586 Primary rear camera is paired with 13MP Wide Ange Lens and 8MP Telephoto lens with flash. For the selfies and video calling It will feature 20MP f/2.0 Pop-up selfie camera.
Redmi K20 Series packs 4000mAh massive battery with support of Quick Charge 4.0+ fast charging. Redmi K20 will be shipped with an 18W fast charger while Redmi K20 Pro will include 27W fast charger. Both the devices to run on Android Pie based on MIUI 10 out the box.
As the company confirmed, It will have 7th Generation In-Display fingerprint sensor which is 10% faster and 15% larger than the previous generation In-Display fingerprint sensor. The company claims that they will use flagship standard AMOLED display and the fingerprint will also work with dry and wet fingers.

The Leaked pricing of K20 Series turns out to be a fake as Lei Weibing confirms it. Redmi K20 is expected to be priced at Rs. 19,000 (Yuan 1900) and Redmi K20 Pro is expected to be priced around Rs. 25,000 (Yuan 2500).
