Realme 1 was hit because of the chip they used inside. At this price range, Helio P60 is the best chip available. If people wanted a good camera then there is an option like Redmi Y2 or Note 5. Helio P60 is as powerful as the Snapdragon 660 and that was the reason why a consumer chooses Realme 1 instead of other devices.

The device is priced at the Rs. 8,990 for the 3/32GB variant and for the 4/64GB variant it is priced at the Rs. 10,990 which is slightly higher then what I expected. Of course, you get a better design, Notched display, better camera but you need to compromise the performance. So if you are looking for a better performing device than this device is not definitely for you.

Also, Redmi 6, 6A and 6 Pro are launching on September 5th so it will be worth waiting.

Talking about the offer, Buyers of the Realme 2 can get an additional Rs 750 off if they use an HDFC Bank Credit or Debit card to make the purchase on Flipkart, during the sale tomorrow. If you do so, you will receive a flat discount of Rs 750 on the purchase, thereby making the cost of the phone Rs 8,240, down from Rs 8,990. The offer is only applicable if you use HDFC Bank cards, and other payment methods will have the phone priced at its full price.
