Qualcomm recently announced three new mid-range chipset dubbed Snapdragon 665, Snapdragon 730 and Snapdragon 730G. The Snapdragon 730 and Snapdragon 730G is ideal in terms of specifications only advantage being 730G is well optimized for gaming.
The smartphone powered by Snapdragon 730 is already launched and few more smartphone powered by Snapdragon 730 will launch in 2019. As of now, Samsung Galaxy A80 is the only smartphone powered by SD730 and Recently Xiaomi announced that its upcoming smartphone will be powered by SD730.

Snapdragon 710 Pros and Cons:
Snapdragon 710 was launched last year based on 10nm processor. Snapdragon 710 packs decent GPU and has better Modems then Snapdragon 675. Snapdragon 710 also consumes less power compared to Snapdragon 675 because of 10nm Chipset.

Snapdragon 675 utilizing better Kryo cores to improve the CPU performance. The Kryo 460 used in the SD675 is even powerful than the Snapdragon 710 chipset. While the GPU is slightly weaker than the Snapdragon 710 on paper.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 is overall better than Snapdragon 710 and Snapdragon 675 chipset. On paper, Snapdragon 730 has better features and that proves in the Geekbench and Antutu results. While Snapdragon 675 is better than Snapdragon 710 on Benchmark results. On Paper, Snapdragon 675 has better CPU and everything else is better in Snapdragon 710.
