Poco F1 was a Xiaomi’s clear move to provide better internals at a cheaper price under its new sub-brand, Pocophone. And admit it the device is still in trend in 2019. Since the device launched with Snapdragon 845 in the previous year, fans are now eagerly waiting for Poco F2 with flagship internals. And new information adds more juice.
First spotted by droidshut, a new listing on Geekbench browser which allegedly shows scores of Xiaomi Poco F2 running on Snapdragon 855 coupled with the 4GB of RAM. The geekbench score clearly shows a device name ‘Xiaomi Poco F2’. As far as scores are concerned, the device received 1,776 points in single-core and 6097 points in multi-core.
Unfortunately, as I think, these are signs that this may not be a legitimate Poco F2 device or the Geekbench scores are not accurate. As per I think, the brand never takes back steps for successors. Poco F1 comes with the 6GB of RAM with Snapdragon 845 under the hood, while its upcoming successor, Poco F2, possibly should have same or more RAM.
Further, there is one more thing to notice that the device listed on Geekbench already running on the latest Android build – Android Q. Right now, to stay on safe side, it would be good to just think about its launch which might take place later this year in August. We will definitely keep you updated as we get further information.
