Lenovo Z6 launch event was scheduled for today in China. The company took on its official Weibo handle to tease this smartphone and make people hyped. Today, finally Lenovo announced its new mid-range ‘Z’-series phone in China. And thankfully, unlike the Z5, the Z6 packs the same feature Lenovo teased on their official Weibo profile.
Lenovo Z6 is powered by Snapdragon 730G processor which is paired with Adreno 618 GPU. It’s an octa-core processor which can clock on maximum frequency up to 2.2GHz. The chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. However, the storage can be expandable up to 256GB using microSD card.
Up front, Lenovo Z6 sports, 6.39-inch OLED panel with a waterdrop notch. According to the spec sheet, it has a 93.1% screen-to-body ratio. In terms of optics, the phone equipped with 24MP camera houses Sony IMX576 sensor paired with a 9MP telephoto lens and 5MP depth sensor. While on the front there is a 16MP camera placed to click selfies.
Out-of-the-box the phone runs on ZUI 11 skin atop Android 9 Pie. Lenovo Z6 packs 4,000 mAh battery inside with 18W fast charging support. As announced by Lenovo, the new handset comes with the G2+ curved frame that uses the ICM process and 10-layers of nano-scale coating which creates the 3D color effect on the rear side.

Pricing
Lenovo Z6 comes in Blue color. The phone is now available for pre-order in China and it will go on sale from July.
