How to Make Your Android Device Look Like Windows

Windows phones by Nokia has been shut down years ago. Although Nokia has made come back again with Android phones there some users missing tile layout which was a signature design, in fact, it is still a signature design of Windows. Of course, we cannot bring the same functioning user interface but, it is possible to create the replica.

Before we move on, I just want to make sure that these methods require some premium applications. I have mentioned names below, so you can manage to get them on yourself.

Guide

  1. Install Nova Launcher from Google Play Store.
  2. Now, install Nova Launched Prime from Google Play Store.
  3. Install KLWP from the Google Play Store.
  4. Install Pix Pie Icon Pack as well from Play Store.
  5. To give it windows look, you can download Windows 10 official wallpapers from here or other images will also work.
  6. Now go to Settings -> Default Apps -> Make Nova Launcher as your device default launcher.
  7. Open Nova Settings App -> Home Screen -> Dock -> Disable the Dock. 

  8. Get back on your device home screen and make it clean by removing icons. There should be nothing.
  9. Now, download KLWP Backup Files from Google Drive.
  10. Open KLWP. Tap on the hamburger icon located left side upper corner -> Load Preset -> Exported tab. 

  11. You should get the downloaded Windows X Edition KLWP file. If not, then wait for little bit of time or restart app. It will appear.
  12. Once appear, tap on it.
  13. Grant the KLWP permissions by tapping on Fix Now* and **Allow whenever you get prompt.
  14. Now get yourself into Globals menu.
  15. Turn on Navigation bar 
  16. Swipe the bottom of the screen to get to the Globals menu.
  17. Toggle navbar to on.
  18. Tap save icon at the top of KLWP.
  19. Select fix.
  20. Select Set as Wallpaper.
  21. Select Home screen.and tap on ‘Save‘ icon located at top.
  22. Now, Select fix.
  23. Select set as wallpaper.
  24. Now select Home Screen.
  25. Now to make you device act like windows, you will have to download launched from the Play Store named Launcher 10
  26. And everything wraps up here.
