Ever since Dark Mode came into the picture, ‘Everything Dark Mode’ is a motto of every OEMs for their custom UI in their smartphones. Google seems trying hard to deliver native dark mode feature in Android 10. It will enable dark mode system-wide (sometimes in third-party apps also) to give eyes rest while you are scrolling.

It appears Instagram is also following up new update in Beta version with AMOLED dark mode. If you are a Beta tester you would have got the new version with Dark Mode feature. When I first updated Instagram, I just went mad after enabling the native dark mode on my Redmi Note 7 Pro running on Android Q custom ROM. Because Instagram doesn’t have dedicated switch to turn on Dark Mode.

It may allure users to test it out who was waiting. So, I ported out the APK file which you can download from Right Brothers’ AndroidFileHost account. Before you download, make sure the app requires the system-wide dark mode feature that means, your device needs to have toggle which enables the dark mode like Android 10, MIUI 10, and OneUI.

Before you install, make sure to uninstall the old Instagram version.

Instagram AMOLED Dark Mode goes live when you toggle the dark mode in your device system. Well, Instagram yet to talk about this dark mode feature officially and I guess, it wouldn’t take too much time. There is no toggle for on/off this feature anywhere inside the app, however, let’s see if it will become available in the stable update.

Go ahead and download the beta APK. Give your eyes some rest and try Instagram’s new dark mode.
