Honor MagicBook Pro Surfaced Online; Might Come with Intel i5 8th Gen Processor

Even though Huawei is facing major loss following US trade ban, the company’s work on new products to launch seems not affected much. Yesterday, the company has launched some of the new smartphones in the market. Now, it appears, Huawei’s sister brand Honor is setting up a new laptop that would launch by the end of this year which will be called Honor MagicBook Pro.

A popular tipster Evan Blass shown-off new Honor Magicbook Pro schematics which reveals its design. As well, there are some expected features that Honor MagicBook Pro might come with.

Starting things off with its design. So, apparently, the laptop designed following Apple’s MacBook Pro’s design. It’s not the first time we see such type of design on Huawei’s laptops. Earlier if you can recall, Huawei MateBook X Pro 2019 also follows the MacBook Pro design. Honor MagicBook Pro appears to have chiclet keyboard with the loudspeakers this time on both the sides. To turn laptop on-off the power-key place on the right side one loudspeaker which would double as a fingerprint sensor. While on the rear side, you see the grills to exhaust hot air.

The Honor MagicBook Pro would definitely stand out on your expectation if it comes within affordable price. But, that won’t be a case though. This new laptop from Honor will feature a 16.1-inch display which is surrounded by very thin bezels on all four sides. Further, the laptop will still feature the collapsible web-cam under the F5 key. Hmm… Huawei thinks about users to prevent video leak.

Speaking about the internal features, Honor MagicBook Pro will boast an Intel i5-8265U processor. It’s quad-core CPU which can be clocked all the way up to 3.9GHz. Talking about RAM and storage, it would pack 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD storage. While in terms of GPU, it could offer Nvidia MX250.
