Google recently announced that they will roll out the new update with a feature called time lapse mode in all the pixel devices. The new Google Camera 6.2 started rolling out for the pixel users which brings Time Lapse Mode and RAW image support in night sight mode.
As always some of the developers ported out the camera for other Android devices which you can install on your Android device.
In the time lapse mode, You will be able to pick 1x to 120x speed which will compress the 20 minutes video to 10 seconds. You can adjust the white balance before starting recording but once you start you can’t adjust anything.
Camera2 API must be enabled on your device if you want to use Google Camera it in your device. Also, make sure to uninstall any previous version of Google Camera before installing the new version.
The Google Camera Port is available for all Android devices and I tested it on My Poco F1 and it works perfectly fine. All the mode including slow motion and AR stickers working fine. If you are on any custom ROM then you can download it directly from the playstore and for rest of the users, I’m including the Android File Host Link.
If that above application doesn’t work in your device then you can always look out for the suitable Google Camera Mod on Google Camera Port Website.
