Earlier this month chip designer MediaTek launched the mid-range chipset. MediaTek completely skipped Helio P80 and giving significant improvement over Helio P70. The chipset using API 2.0 fusion AI architecture, which MediaTek promises to be four times faster than the Helio P70. While the device running on Helio P90 won’t make its debut before 2019, the device running Helio P90 spotted on the popular benchmarking website Antutu.
Helio P90 Antutu Benchmark
The test device powered by MediaTek Helio P90 achieved total 162161 scores in Antutu benchmark. Which is pretty impressive and higher than the Snapdragon 670 and Helio P70. The device tested runs on Android 9 pie and has 6GB of RAM coupled with 128GB of internal storage. The display resolution mentions in the test is 2160 x 1080 pixels.
Helio P90 vs Snapdragon 660 vs Snapdragon 710: Antutu Score
While Helio P90 received 162861 Antutu score lets checkout other competitor score and compare them with the Helio P90 chipset.

While Helio P90 overpass the Snapdragon 670 score but it still can’t match the performance of Snapdragon 710.
Helio P90 Specifications
Helio P90 is an octa-core chipset featuring two A75 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and six A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. Helio P90 has PowerVR GM 9446 GPU to run GPU intensive tasks. The SoC supports the 48MP single camera or 24MP+ 16MP dual rear camera. It has 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM support. The maximum display resolution is 1080 x 2520 FHD+.
