You can download the Pixel 3 Launcher on your device right now. The only requirement is your device must be running on Android Oreo or Android Pie. Before You Install the application make sure there isn’t Pixel launcher already installed on your device. If Pixel launcher is installed then just uninstall it and then Install the Pixel 3 Launcher.
