Amazon is now quite popular in its online services such as Amazon Prime Videos, Amazon Prime Music. Well, a prime membership of Amazon promises to give benefits on all Amazon services with the one account. Recently, Amazon made its Prime music service available for free in the United States.

Of course, you cannot get rid of ads anywhere. So, does Amazon. The company is now offering the options to US customers to listen to music on Amazon Prime Music without having Prime membership. All they have to do is make an ad friend zoned. And I think it is worth mentioning here.

Although, there is another caveat. Right now, the free Amazon Prime service only works on Alexa enabled devices such as Amazon Echo products, Sonos, etc. So, it means it won’t be available right now on Android or iOS devices through Amazon Prime Music application or on the web.

It seems the company will make it available in other countries as well. Definitely, it would take some time. However, there is no news when it will hit Android and iOS apps. Since it is only available right now on Alexa enabled devices, you will require to have a subscription to play on other devices. And its nothing worth. You will either have to purchase a new Alexa device or you have to make a subscription.
