If you are not living under the rock, a couple of weeks back, you might have heard about some rumors and also might have got yourself in touch with the reports said the 5G iPhone might hit the market soon at the end of 2019. However, if you are an iPhone fan and hitting over your mind for 5G iPhone to arrive in 2019, you could get disappointed with this new report.
The recent report, straight coming through the Bloomberg suggests that the first 5G compatible iPhone won’t hit the market before 2020. However, still, there is not an exact time period like Q1 or Q2, etc. So, we are still in the dark of that information. Bloomberg suggests, the Intel is most likely a primary candidate to supply the 5G modems to Apple for their future iPhones. This is the same news as it was reported earlier.
While the Android manufacturers have already tested out the 5G connectivity on smartphones. Yes, I am talking about the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. You might have seen some of the leaks showing us the device running over the 5G network. Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 will have the 5G support but smartphone will come in the first quarter of 2019. But that makes sense that chip makers have already started working over the 5G modems.
Apple is quite a week when it comes to the network adoption. The 5G iPhone doesn’t exist yet and even we don’t know when it will be launched. But the company was also late in adopting 4G support. Apple fans would not be patient in waiting for the 5G iPhone.
